Countown to the S word

I love that quote! Although, chlorine counts too, I think. For me a pool can be as cleansing as the sea...

Speaking of the sea, later this morning I am headed to the beach with my niece A. We are meeting L and her kids there. Afterward we will all head to L's where A and I will stay overnight.
And so begins my last week of vacation....

I would love to write more this morning, but I promised myself I will attempt to clean a little before I leave, so I don't have to walk back into this mess tomorrow. I have been allowing entropy to go on unchecked for the past week or so and now I'm feeling anxious about it. I also need to finalize a cover letter (more on the perfect job for me when I get back) and send that off with my resume before I go.
