Webster on Valium

Hey, Amanda,

No need to apologize, it was just a friendly prod. I figured you were busy and would write when you had a minute. I'm glad you did.

I will write tomorrow as I am making my way through the last 50 pages of my book tonight, Summer Reading by Hilma Wolitzer. I didn't have a chance to finish it poolside (I wasn't out for very long today--long story) but would like to finish it today nonetheless.

Before I go I need to take a minute to have a little chuckle with you/about you. Um...I actually know that a "brief debriefing" isn't redundant. It was a little joke (Sh*t, they are all going right by you. Who's off, me or you?). I am fully aware what a debriefing is, but on those occasions a word trips me up, I still keep a dictionary handy. lol

Alas, dear Amanda, you perhaps do need a Valium....First you tell me I'm having a good weekend, then you define debriefing for me, and most especially because you're already trying to figure out how to tell M to take out piercings that don't exist, that he's never asked for, let alone gotten without your permission. lolol

Go get some sleep!

Love you, Barb
