Short Week

Good morning. Here it just turned afternoon...

I had a good, mellow weekend. It rained all day Saturday, so other than go out to the gym and run a couple errands, I stayed in. I made some vegetable soup and watched Hitch (I know, I'm behind with my movies) and flipped through magazines. On Sunday I started again by going to the gym (go, me!) then treated myself to a big breakfast and mimosas, which brought me right into the Pats game. (Go, Pats!)

I have a short week this week and next, as we furloughed two days to keep a couple of jobs this year and one of those days is Friday. (The other is Memorial Day weekend.) C and I have plans to go out Thursday and I need to get my nails done (desperately) (I'm a week overdue) but otherwise have nothing much going on during the week. This weekend will be my pumpkin adventure with the kids; next week I get to see W. All in all, life is good.
